Under this project funded by the Office for the Advancement of Telehealth from 2006-2009, MTS/RMCL partnered with Fletcher Allen Health Care of the University of Vermont School of Medicine and Partners Healthcare’s Center for Connected Health in Boston to facilitate growth of telehealth programs and services in the 7 northeastern states.  Free support was provided for numerous health care organizations in diverse areas of need, including technology specification, protocol development, literature, evaluation, business planning, and resource development.  For accomplishments see NETRC Summary Report.
